    1 1 5 I called to get a receipt for the funds we paid to close our account, or other documentation that we had closed our account. My service rep said that your company does not give receipts. The best he could do is email me a screen shot of our closing the account. I realize that our bank will show we paid the $500 to close the account, but that is not an acknowledgement of the transaction from your side. I think this is poor practice. 1

    1 1 5 I called the number on the letter I received from my Merchant Service. After being told to push 1 for that 2 for that and on and on, 15 minutes late get routed to some number that doesn't even have a record of my Merchant number, Try again several time trying to get to a live representative punching different numbers same results. The service rep I finally get to say maybe the division I am trying ti reach is probably close and forwarding my call to them, THEY don't even know anything about my account, don't have my account and can't even help me answer a simple question. If the division I needed, the one with my account is closed for the day they should say that and say call back later. I wasted hours trying to get through to a live person. Your system is severely flawed, the worst I have dealt with. 1
