    1 1 5 This salesman Jeremy Roemer sold us the terminal machine and he promised us that it would be the exact same as our old one but it wasn't. It was very complicated to use. The software for the machine was out of date so it wouldn't allow us to add a tip to the purchase if a customer is using a debit card. This problem has cost our business a minimum of $60. Jeremy told us that this problem would be fixed within a couple hours but after a day it's still hasn't been fixed. Why would we use a machine that doesn't even work? It doesn't save us money it costs us money. Another day I lost a customer completely because the software wasn't working on the card reader costing me another $50. The product that Jeremy sold us isn't the product that Jeremy promised us he would sell us. It actually cost us more money doesn't save us any money at all. 1
