    3 1 5 As far as the customer service from the phone conversation I find her extremely professional and helpful. Your company rules about security breaches and requiring your clients to pay is completely unethical and incompetent. Making me pay in case "YOU" get breached is absolutely pathetic and unprofessional as a company. I don't charge my clients for that, maybe you should hire better cyber security analysts. 1

I am very mad at your company because I have a four year contract and I have been paying monthly for the past two years, and I am stuck with a device that does not work properly. All he did was offered me to buy a new one......why do I have to buy a new one if I am making monthly payments, the company should be responsible for the device, that is the reason they are charging a fee 1
